Different products should be selected based on their characteristics, including whether they undergo simple transformation, factors that cause transformation (such as light, water, or oxygen), product shape, surface hardness, storage conditions, sterilization temperature, etc. A good vacuum bag does not necessarily have many functions, but rather depends on whether it is suitable for the product.
1. Products with regular shapes or soft appearances: For products with regular shapes or soft appearances, such as sausage products, soy products, etc., there is no need to require high mechanical strength of the data, only the impact of data barrier properties and sterilization temperature on the data needs to be considered. Therefore, for such products, OPA/PE structured packaging bags are generally used. If high-temperature sterilization (above 100 ℃) is required, OPACPP structure can be used, or high-temperature resistant PE can be used as the heat sealing layer,
2. Products with high surface hardness, such as bone and meat products, have strong protrusions that can easily puncture the packaging bag during vacuum pumping and transportation. Therefore, the packaging bag for these products needs to have good puncture resistance and cushioning function. PET/PA/PE or OPET/OPA/CPP material vacuum bags can be selected. If the product weight is less than 500g, OPA/OPA/PE structure packaging bags can be tested, which have good product adaptability, better vacuum effect, and will not change the shape of the product.
3. Products that are easily metamorphosed: Low temperature meat products and other products that undergo simple metamorphosis and require low-temperature sterilization do not have high requirements for the strength of the packaging bag, but they require excellent barrier properties. Therefore, simple co extruded films such as PA/PE/EVOH/PAPE structure films can be selected, as well as dry lamination methods such as PAPE films, and K coating materials can also be used. For high-temperature products, PVDC shrink bags or composite bags can be used.
